How does pricing actually work?
Every project starts with a flat-rate package. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. After our first call, I’ll send a tailored proposal so scope, timeline, and pricing are all agreed in writing before anything begins. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.
Do you work with clients outside Kansas City?
Yes! Kansas City is where I am based, but I can work with clients all across the country. Everything is handled through scheduled calls, virtual meetings, and email.
What’s the typical project timeline?
Brand projects usually run two to six weeks, and websites run one to six. The biggest factor is how quickly you can review and respond to feedback. A responsive client can shave a full week off any timeline.
What if I’m not sure which package I need?
That’s exactly what the package finder on the pricing page is for. Two questions and you’ll have a recommendation. If it still feels unclear, the first call is the right next step. I’ll never push you toward a bigger package than you need.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available upon request, with flexible options for up to 12 installments.
What happens after launch?
After launch, you’ll get full ownership of all finalized files and assets, plus a walkthrough call so you can manage them confidently. Ongoing website and brand management plans are available too, if you’d like the support.
